My name is Kyle Bergman and I am a strength and conditioning coach in Raleigh, NC   I have 15+ years of experience in the fitness industry and have worked with the Detroit Tigers for 7 years (2009-2015), exclusively with some of baseballs most elite athletes.   I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC). 

 

With all that said, the real reason I am here is to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, lose weight and tone up, or all the above I can help.  I have worked with people of all training backgrounds, ages, and fitness goals. 

 

My philosophy is an easy one, work hard, be consistent, have fun, and challenge yourself.  Strength training is only one component of the bigger picture.  We will dive into routines, time management, nutrition, sleep, etc...  To reach your goals, it takes work, patience, and trusting in the process.  It is hard work and does not happen over night, but chipping away one day at a time, over time, you will see amazing results.
