"I came to Trainer Kyle Bergman at IPT a year and a half ago to build muscle mass. I was 6'2 155lbs and hated being the scrawny guy of my group of friends. Since I started training with him I've gained 30 lbs of muscle, I am 11.5 percent body fat, and I love the way I look and feel. I have an absolute blast working with him, he is an amazing trainer and just a great person overall. He has been such an inspiration to me and keeps motivating me to push further and further. Working out with Kyle was a great experience. I not only saw improvement in my strength, but my mobility, flexibility and speed all showed great improvement as well. "I began training with Kyle in July of 2016, the summer leading up to my last season of softball at Benedictine University. At the time, I was looking for a program that catered to my needs as a college athlete while pushing me to be and do my best day in and day out. After training with Kyle for a few months, I lost fat, gained muscle, and hit PRs I never imagined were possible! Kyle’s workouts were always challenging and he continuously pushed me to new levels. "When I first met Kyle I had just moved to NC and was just looking for the best place I felt that
would help get me ready for the season. When he introduced himself to me he was very personable and
friendly. On the first day he got me introduced to the other guys he was working with already and made
me feel like I was part of the group. I came to realize when working with Kyle is that he is very
knowledgeable about the specific things that an athlete or anybody looking to get in shape needs to do
to get the best results.
He puts together workouts that are specific to the individual or group that is training. The workouts are strenuous but he is there encouraging you to keep going when your pushing your body to its limit. When it comes to the distinct exercises he knows how to explain, how to preform the move in an easy and effective way so that you can complete the exercise efficiently. Not only did he help get me in the best shape that I’ve ever been in, he also helped me by throwing me batting practice so I could work on other aspects of my career thus resulting in the best professional season I’ve had. If you’re looking for a great trainer who can challenge you to work harder than you think your capable of and at the same moment make that same workout feel light and easy through his humor then Kyle is who you want to work with."

Wow, Kyle is an amazing fitness instructor.  After trying a number of other instructors we came across Kyle who took our workouts, and my husband and I, to a new level.  We thought we were in decent shape but needed that extra push to get to that next level! We found out quickly Kyle was our guy!  The difference between him and others was he made it fun and mixed it up enough to keep it interesting while he pushed us to test our limits, in a way that balanced toughness with likeablility.  He was also great at tailoring individual exercises to my strength (weakness) and able to adapt to my husband. Wish he was still in Chicago!!!! Best workouts we’ve ever had!
